Features

What the Windows app actually does

Phantom Profile is a local-first anti-detect browser. Cookies, cache, site passwords, and history stay on your PC. The cloud account is for login, plan limits, devices, optional profile names, and notices — mapped below to the failures agencies, sellers, and social teams report in the wild.

How it works

Four steps from account to isolated profile

  1. 1

    Create an account

Confirm the email. Same login on the site and the Windows app.

  2. 2

    Install Windows

Download the installer after you are signed in. Open the app if it is already there.

  3. 3

    Add a profile

Each profile gets its own cookie jar and site data on disk.

  4. 4

    Stay in the cap

Plan limits profiles and PCs. Revoke a device from the dashboard.

The product

Six parts of Phantom Profile

Isolated browser profiles

Switching profiles does not share cookies, cache, site passwords, or history. You name them in the desktop app. Profile and device caps live on Pricing.

Fingerprint isolation

The advanced fingerprint engine separates common signals between profiles. We do not promise a checker or a site will accept a profile. That is in the Terms.

Canvas WebGL Audio WebRTC User-Agent

Local first, cloud for the account

Site sessions do not live on our servers. We store email, password hash, plan, device hashes, security events, and profile names you choose to sync. See the Privacy Policy.

Devices and revoke

Each plan has a PC sync limit. Tokens are bound to that machine. Revoke it in the dashboard and that PC must sign in again if a seat is free.

Account, 2FA, notices

Confirm email, reset password, optional two-factor, and in-app notifications. Same login everywhere. The site can open the installed app when you are already signed in.

Local API on higher plans

Selected plans include a local API flag for automation on your machine (Selenium / Playwright against a profile endpoint). Which plans — and what else is included — are listed only on Pricing. This is not a hosted scrape farm or a cloud phone product.

Why these features exist

Mapped to real operator failures

Same themes as our use case playbooks — so the feature list is not a buzzword grid.

Failure people hit What Phantom Profile does What it does not do
Clients or stores share one Chrome cookie jar Isolated local profiles — separate cookies, cache, site passwords Does not fix shared payment methods or phones
Fear of cloud-stored sessions / stolen cookies Site sessions stay on your Windows PC; cloud holds account + optional names Does not encrypt away a compromised staff PC
Dirty or mismatched proxies, geo drift Per-profile HTTP / SOCKS5 binding (bring your own exit) No SSH proxy type; we do not sell proxy IPs
Contractor still has access after they leave Device caps + revoke from the dashboard Does not manage Meta partner roles for you
Need scripts across profiles Local API on plans that include it (Selenium / Playwright on your machine) Not a hosted scrape farm; no window synchronizer yet
Prepaid lock-in and surprise renewals 30-day trial, then invoice after the month you use Does not refund a month already delivered

Prices and caps live on Pricing

We keep dollar amounts and profile/device tables off this page on purpose — so Features stays about how the product works. Compare plans on Pricing (same cards as the homepage). Jobs this fits: use cases. Refunds: refund page.
