Seller centers that stay unlinked on one PC

Marketplaces build graphs across IP, device fingerprint, payment, phone, and shipping identity. Seller communities and vendor docs repeat the same rule: one store admin login should not share a cookie jar or a rotating exit with another. Phantom Profile gives each store its own local profile on Windows. It is not a listing bot, phone farm, or appeal service.

What breaks in the wild

Problems operators actually report

Themes from ads, seller, and social communities — not a promise that every case matches yours. Platforms change enforcement; treat this as operational hygiene.

Related-account suspensions

When Amazon or similar sellers share a card, address, phone, or the same browser session, a hold on one store often spreads. Fingerprint isolation helps only if payment and identity data stay unique too.

Rotating or dirty proxies

Exits that change every session, or residential pools with burned history, show up in seller forums as sudden reviews and holds. Static residential or ISP exits — one per store — are the pattern operators defend.

Cookie and tool residue

Old cookies, shared password managers dumping every login into one browser, and leftover sessions from a banned store reappear as “linked” on the next login. Clean profiles matter as much as the proxy brand.

Forced updates and protocol flips (competitor pain)

Trustpilot and review threads on some antidetect tools complain that updates change proxy protocols overnight and break geo. Prefer a stack you control: your proxy, your local sessions, staged app updates.

Skip these

Setups that fail first

  • One Chrome profile for Amazon + eBay + Shopify “to save time.”

  • Rotating datacenter IPs on high-trust seller centers.

  • Same billing card or warehouse address on every “separate” store.

  • Expecting the browser to reverse an active marketplace suspension.

Working way

A clean path for this job

  1. 1

Create one Phantom Profile profile per seller center or store admin you are allowed to run.

  2. 2

Assign one dedicated HTTP or SOCKS5 exit per profile; keep timezone and language aligned with that exit’s country.

  3. 3

Use unique payment, phone, and shipping identity per store when the marketplace requires it — the app cannot invent those.

  4. 4

Launch only from the Windows app so cookies never land in your personal browser.

  5. 5

Add listings and settings changes gradually; burst behavior is a separate risk from fingerprint mixing.

  6. 6

Move to a higher plan when the store list outgrows your profile cap — see Pricing.

Day-one SOP (operators actually follow)

Identity matrix first

Before opening the browser: unique legal entity / tax ID where required, unique payout bank or card, unique phone, unique shipping/return address when the marketplace cares. If two “stores” share a card, the graph already exists — a new profile cannot un-share it.

Network kit per store

One profile + one static residential/ISP HTTP or SOCKS5 exit that stays with that store. Prefer the same exit city for every session. Avoid rotating pools on seller centers. Confirm timezone and language match the exit before the first seller login.

Session hygiene

Never open Store B inside Store A’s profile. Do not import cookies from a suspended store into a “fresh” profile. After a hold, treat that profile as contaminated until you understand what linked — payment, address, or prior cookies.

Operating cadence

Process orders and catalog edits at a human pace. Bulk listing dumps on day one of a new account are a separate risk from fingerprints. Appeals belong to the marketplace process; the app does not submit or win appeals for you.

How Phantom Profile fits

Each store’s cookies and history stay in that profile’s folder on disk. Optional cloud sync is for profile names you choose — not orders or seller cookies. Proxies are HTTP and SOCKS5 only. Local API on selected plans is for your machine’s automation, not a hosted scrape farm.

Do this

  • Keep Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and similar logins in separate profiles.
  • One dedicated HTTP/SOCKS5 exit per store admin login.
  • Follow that marketplace’s seller rules.

Do not expect this

  • This is not a listing tool or a cloud phone farm.
  • It will not lift a marketplace ban.
  • Do not store card data in a profile note.
